Your weekly insight
Once a week, MyReviewz™ analyzes your recent reviews and prepares a short, plain-language summary of what they indicate, together with one specific action to consider.
What it looks like
Each insight has three parts:
- A headline — the one thing worth knowing this week.
- A short explanation — a sentence or two on what's behind it, with the actual numbers.
- "Try this" — a single, practical suggestion you could act on this week.
The insight does not include charts or require a separate download. The most recent insight appears in the Latest insight card on the right side of the dashboard.
What it's based on
Your insight is written from your own review data — the same reviews that show on your dashboard — across every review site we monitor for you (Google always; Tripadvisor and Trustpilot if you've switched them on). Specifically, it looks at:
- Your current rating and total review count, blended across your sites.
- Your trend — how the last couple of months compare with the couple before.
- Your star mix over the last 90 days — how many 5-stars, 4-stars, and so on.
- Your response rate — the share of reviews from the last 90 days you've replied to.
- How many new reviews arrived in the last 30 days.
- What customers are actually saying — a sample of recent review text, making sure recent lower-rated reviews are included so a problem can't hide behind a pile of praise.
The writing is done by AI, but every claim in it has to line up with your real numbers. If a draft says something we can't verify against your data, we throw it out and try again the following week rather than show you something that might be wrong.
How often it arrives
Once a week. Your first insight is written shortly after your review history finishes loading, and a new one follows about every seven days after that.
One exception: if no new reviews have come in since your last insight, we don't write a new one — there'd be nothing new to say, and a rehash isn't worth your time. The previous insight stays on your dashboard until there's something fresh.
Is it included in my plan?
Yes. Weekly insights are part of Reviewz™, the core of MyReviewz™ that every subscriber has. There's nothing extra to buy or turn on. During your 30-day free trial you get them too.
On the Free plan (no active subscription), insights are paused along with review monitoring. Your dashboard will show a card offering to turn them back on; subscribing to Reviewz™ restarts them right away.
