Getting and displaying your review QR code

Your MyReviewz™ QR code provides customers with a direct way to leave a review. When a customer scans the code with a phone, it opens your business's review page. Completing a review takes about one minute.

Displaying your QR code is the single most important thing you can do to get more reviews. MyReviewz™ works through your QR code — whether you order displays through the app or make your own, they need to carry your MyReviewz™ QR.

What happens when someone scans it

Your customer sees your business name and a simple question: "How was your visit?" From there they can:

  • Get help writing it — they jot a few quick notes about their experience, and AI turns them into a polished review they can edit and post on Google (or Tripadvisor, if you're on there too).
  • Write it themselves — a direct link to your profile on the review site.

If you have Rezolv™, they'll also see an option to send you a private message instead of posting publicly — a way for an unhappy customer to reach you first. Either way, the review itself is always posted by the customer, in their own words, on the real review site.

Where to find it

Your QR code and review link are in a few handy places:

  • Dashboard — the green Your QR code card has Preview your link (see exactly what customers see) and Order QR displays.
  • QR Displays page — where you order printed displays or download the code to use however you like (see below).
  • Settings → Your review link — the web address your QR code points to, with a Copy button. Share the link directly too: in a thank-you email, a text, a receipt footer — anywhere a happy customer might see it.

Ordering or creating a display

Open QR Displays in the app. You have two options:

Option 1: Order a display through the app. Choose a pedestal sign — the kind that stands on a counter or table — pick your size, and type how you'd like your business name to appear on it (one or two lines, your choice of two type styles). You'll see a live preview with your real QR code. Tap Check out on Zazzle and you finish the order there; Zazzle prints and ships it to you.

Option 2: Do it yourself. Tap Download my QR to save your code as an image file. Use it on anything you like — signs, window clings, stickers, coasters, menus, receipts, packaging — and order from any printer you choose.

Where to display it

Place the code where customers can see it immediately after their experience:

  • A counter sign by the register
  • A sticker on the door, the window, or your product packaging
  • On receipts, printed or stapled to the bag
  • A table tent if you have tables
  • Inside a vehicle — a seatback or dashboard, if you're a tour, shuttle, or ride business

You may display the code in more than one location. Increasing its visibility creates more opportunities for customers to leave reviews.

Print with confidence — your code never changes

Your QR code is permanent and tied to your business. It will always point to your review page, so anything you print — signs, stickers, receipts, table tents — stays good for as long as you're in business. No reprinting, no stale codes. Order once, display everywhere.

Your QR code keeps working even if your subscription lapses, so a customer who scans it will never hit a dead end.
