Your dashboard at a glance
The dashboard summarizes the current state of your online reputation and identifies items that require attention. The following sections describe the dashboard from top to bottom.
Just signed up? For the first few minutes, the cards at the top say "Connecting your data…" while we pull in up to a year of your review history. Businesses with a very large number of reviews can take longer. You can close the tab — we'll email you the moment it's ready, and everything below fills in on its own.
Review pulse
The cards across the top provide the following summary information:
- Rating — your current star rating, shown as an all-time average across every review you've received, with the total review count underneath. If your rating has moved compared with the previous 60 days, a small up-or-down chip tells you which way. A little trend line sits alongside so you can see the shape of things at a glance.
- New reviews — how many reviews came in during the time frame you've chosen.
- Response rate — what share of the reviews in that time frame have a reply from you, shown as "answered X of Y." Customers notice when owners respond, so this number is worth keeping healthy. If you've only had a handful of reviews in the period, we show the raw count instead of a percentage, because a percentage of two reviews doesn't mean much.
Use the time-frame selector at the top right to switch the window — the cards always say which period they're describing (for example, "the last 90 days"), so there's never any guessing.
If we monitor more than one review site for you (say Google plus Tripadvisor), two extras appear:
- A site selector, so you can look at one site at a time or everything together.
- An "Across your sites" line showing each site's own rating and review count, so nothing gets lost in the blend.
Needs your attention
This section lists items that require action and states when MyReviewz™ last checked for updates:
- Open private concerns — if you have Rezolv™, messages customers sent you privately through your QR code appear here first, each with a Reply button. These are your chance to save a customer before anything goes public, so they always sit at the top.
- Reviews needing a reply — recent reviews you haven't responded to yet. Each one shows the star rating, which site it's on, the review text, who wrote it, and how long ago. You'll see two buttons:
- Respond — opens the review in MyReviewz™, where you'll find an AI-drafted reply ready for you to edit and post. Nothing is ever posted for you — you always have the final say. (See Replying to reviews for the full walkthrough.)
- View on site — jumps straight to the review on Google, Tripadvisor, or wherever it lives.
When there's nothing outstanding, you'll see "All caught up." If the list gets long, it shows the first four and scrolls for the rest.
Which reviews land here — for instance, only reviews at or below a certain star rating, from the last so-many days — can be adjusted in Settings.
On the Free plan (no active subscription), you won't see the individual reviews or the reply tools. Instead you'll see a count of reviews that may still need a reply, with a link to get Reviewz™. Because monitoring is paused on Free, that count reflects what we found before your subscription ended, not what's happened since.
Recent activity
This feed lists recent events: reviews you have answered and whether each response has appeared on the review site, Rezolv™ concerns as they arrive and are closed, and Surveyz™ responses.
Your QR code
This card contains two links: Preview your link, which shows the page customers see after scanning, and Order QR displays. Displaying the code on a sign, sticker, or receipt is the primary way to generate more reviews. If your recent review volume has declined, the card displays a reminder to make the code more visible to customers.
Latest insight
Once a week, MyReviewz™ writes you a short plain-English note about what your recent reviews are saying, with one concrete thing worth trying. The most recent one lives here. The card doesn't appear until your first insight has been written — usually within your first week. See Your weekly insight for the details.
On the Free plan, insights are paused, and this card offers to turn them back on.
Alert-coverage warnings
Sometimes a yellow notice appears at the very top saying nobody is set to receive a certain kind of alert. This one matters:
- If no one receives review alerts, review alerts pause. We still collect your reviews and show them here — you just won't be notified about them.
- If you have Rezolv™ or Surveyz™ and no one receives their alerts, those features switch off for your customers, because nothing they sent would be seen.
The fix takes a minute: open Settings → Team and choose who should receive each type of alert. The warning disappears once someone's covered.
Put MyReviewz™ on your home screen
You don't need to hunt for a browser tab every time. MyReviewz™ can be added to your phone, tablet, or computer as its own icon — one tap and you're in, with no browser bar, just like any other app. Nothing to download from an app store.
- Right after setup, when your data finishes connecting, you'll see a "You're all set!" message that offers to add the icon. Tap Install and you're done. (Choose Not now and you can always do it later.)
- Any time after that, go to Settings → App and tap Install MyReviewz™.
- On an iPhone or iPad, open MyReviewz™ in Safari, tap the Share button, and choose Add to Home Screen — that's how Apple handles it for every app of this kind.
