What happens to my feedback, and who sees it?
Who can see your feedback depends on whether you submit a public review, a private concern, or a survey response.
A public review
The process is as follows:
- You jot a few notes (or skip the notes and write it yourself).
- The page drafts a review from your notes. You read it and change whatever you like.
- You tap Copy review & open Google (or Tripadvisor, or Trustpilot). The review is copied, and the review site opens in a new tab.
- On the review site, you paste your review, pick your star rating, and post — signed in to your account there, the way you always would.
MyReviewz never posts anything for you. It doesn't pick your stars, it doesn't touch your review-site login, and nothing appears anywhere until you paste and post it yourself.
Once posted, your review is a normal public review on that site. Anyone can read it. That site's rules apply. If you ever want to edit or remove it, you do that on the review site — MyReviewz has no control over it once it's there.
Your notes and your draft are not saved. MyReviewz keeps no copy of what you typed or of the review it wrote for you. When you leave the page, they're gone.
A private concern
Some businesses offer Resolve a concern privately. If you use it:
- Your message goes only to the business — the people there who handle customer concerns. They're notified that it arrived.
- It is never posted publicly and never turns into a review.
- Whether they can reach you is your call. Choose Don't contact me and your concern is anonymous. Choose email or phone and you're inviting the business to follow up that way — that's the only reason your details are collected.
When it's sent, you'll see Your message has been delivered. That's the end of it on your side. You won't get a receipt or a reference number — if you'd like a follow-up, leave a way to be reached.
This is the right choice when something went wrong and you'd like the business to have a chance to make it right, quietly.
A survey answer
If the business is running a short survey, you may be invited to take it after you head off to post your review.
Your answers go to the business so they can learn from them. They're anonymous — no name, no contact details, nothing that identifies you. They're not published anywhere.
The short version
| You send… | Who sees it |
|---|---|
| A public review | Everyone — you post it yourself on the review site |
| A private concern | Only the business — never public |
| Survey answers | The business — anonymous, never public |
Whatever you choose, thank you. Honest feedback is how the places you visit get better.
