Something's not working? Quick things to check
Use the checks below to resolve common problems. If they do not solve the problem, contact support.
My reviews aren't showing up
Is your account actively monitoring? Monitoring runs during your 30-day free trial and on any paid plan. If your trial has ended and you haven't chosen a plan, your account is on Free — you can still log in and see your dashboard, but we've stopped collecting new reviews. Go to Billing to pick a plan and monitoring picks back up.
Is your account deactivated? If you deactivated your account, monitoring is off. Go to Billing and tap Reactivate account.
Is the review site turned on? We always monitor Google. Tripadvisor and Trustpilot only get monitored if you left them checked during setup. If you turned one off, reviews from that site won't appear.
Give it a little time. New reviews don't appear the instant they're posted. If a review went up in the last day and everything above checks out, it's most likely on its way.
Is the review actually public? We can only see what's publicly visible on the review site. If Google is holding or hasn't published a review, we can't see it either.
My QR code isn't working
Is your account deactivated? A deactivated account's QR code stops accepting reviews, concerns, and surveys. Reactivate from Billing and it works again.
Is the print clear and large enough? Blurry, tiny, or low-contrast prints are the most common reason a phone camera can't read a QR code. Reprint it larger, on a plain background, and make sure there's a clear margin around it.
Is the camera app being used? Most phones scan QR codes straight from the built-in camera app — no separate scanner needed. Point, hold steady, and tap the link that pops up.
Test it yourself. Your QR code is always available in the app — download a fresh copy from QR Displays and scan it with your own phone. If it works there but not on your printed sign, the sign is the problem.
I'm not getting alerts
Check your alert preferences. Each person on your team chooses how they hear from MyReviewz™ — Email, Text, or Off — separately for Reviewz™, Rezolv™, and Surveyz™. Go to your Team page and make sure the alert you're expecting isn't set to Off.
Getting texts? Text alerts need a mobile number on file and your permission to text you.
Did you reply STOP? Replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to a MyReviewz™ text does two things at once. The phone carrier blocks further texts from us to that number — that part is enforced by the carrier, not by MyReviewz™ — and MyReviewz™ switches that alert off in your own settings, so your Team page won't keep saying "Text: On" for alerts that can't reach you.
To turn texts back on, go to your Team page and choose Text again for the alert you want. Replying START to one of our earlier texts may lift the carrier's block on its own — that's standard carrier behavior — but MyReviewz™ doesn't watch for START, so your alert setting stays off until you re-select Text in the app. Re-selecting it is the step that makes sure what your Team page shows matches what actually gets delivered.
Check spam and promotions folders. Email alerts sometimes land there. Mark one as "not spam" and future alerts should arrive normally.
Is monitoring running? No monitoring means no new reviews, and no new reviews means no alerts. See "My reviews aren't showing up" above — a trial that's ended or a deactivated account will look like alerts have stopped.
I can't sign in
Check your email and password. The most common cause. Use Forgot password? on the sign-in screen to set a new one.
Did you sign up with Google? If you created your account with Continue with Google, use Sign in with Google — a password won't work.
Asked for a code? Sometimes, to make sure it's really you on a new device, we email you a 6-digit code after you enter your password. Check your inbox (and spam folder), enter the code, and you're in.
Did you delete your account? Once an account is deleted, the owner's login is removed permanently and can't be restored.
