Plans compared — Free, Reviewz, add-ons, and Complete
MyReviewz™ has one core paid module, Reviewz™, and two optional add-ons, Rezolv™ and Surveyz™. Paid Reviewz™ features do not vary by package. The only plan decision is whether to add Rezolv™, Surveyz™, or both.
Start with the 30-day trial
Every new account receives all three modules free for 30 days. No credit card or separate trial activation is required; the trial begins when you sign up.
If you do not purchase a plan during the 30-day trial, your account moves to Free. You are not charged, and no data is deleted.

The following descriptions explain the features shown above:
- Rezolv™ allows a dissatisfied customer to send a private concern from your review page instead of posting a public review, giving you an opportunity to resolve the problem.
- Surveyz lets you run short surveys of your own through the same QR code your customers already scan.
- Weekly AI Insights provides a short, plain-language summary of what your recent reviews indicate.
- Peer comparison shows how your rating stacks up against similar businesses near you.
- AI-drafted reply suggestions give you a ready-to-edit draft for each review. You always edit and post it yourself; MyReviewz never posts anything on your behalf.
What Free actually means
Free means that the account has no active subscription, either because no plan was purchased or because a previous subscription ended. Free is a parked account, not a reduced paid plan.
On Free:
- Review monitoring is fully paused. Google, Tripadvisor, and Trustpilot are all on hold. Nothing new is tracked.
- Weekly Insights pause too.
- Your login, dashboard, and QR code still work. You can sign in and see everything that was already there; there's just nothing new coming in.
- One person can log in.
Purchasing any paid plan resumes the paused functions immediately.
Reviewz™: the core, $29/mo
Reviewz™ is the core of every paid account. It includes Google monitoring; the dashboard; your QR code and review page; review responses with AI-drafted suggestions; Weekly AI Insights; peer comparison; and Tripadvisor and Trustpilot monitoring for businesses listed on those sites. Reviewz™ has only one feature set.
Paid plans come with 5 seats, so up to five people on your team can log in and share the load.
Adding Rezolv™ or Surveyz™: +$19/mo each
Each add-on provides a fixed set of features that can be added to Reviewz™. Adding either one results in a total price of $48/month. The add-ons are independent: you may subscribe to Rezolv™ without Surveyz™, Surveyz™ without Rezolv™, or both.
Choose Rezolv™ to receive customer concerns privately. Choose Surveyz™ to ask customers questions created by your business.
Complete: all three for $59/mo
Complete bundles Reviewz™, Rezolv™, and Surveyz™ for $59/month, saving $8 per month compared with purchasing both add-ons separately. Adding a second add-on in the application automatically changes the subscription to Complete at the bundle price.
What doesn't change between paid plans
The following terms are the same for every paid plan:
- How often we check for reviews. Monitoring adapts to your business. Busier businesses that get more reviews are checked more often, quieter ones less often, roughly between once a day and a few times a day. This is the same for every paid plan; it isn't something you buy more of.
- Seats. Every paid plan has 5 seats, no matter which add-ons you have.
- Reviewz itself. Adding Rezolv or Surveyz doesn't change anything about the Reviewz features you already have. It only adds the new module.
Changing your mind
You can add or remove an add-on at any time, and you can cancel altogether whenever you like. For the details on timing, proration, and what happens to your data, see Adding and removing add-ons, and canceling.
